관광진흥법 제59조(관광지등의 처분)

①사업시행자는 조성한 토지, 개발된 관광시설 및 지원시설의 전부 또는 일부를 매각하거나 임대하거나 타인에게 위탁하여 경영하게 할 수 있다.

②제1항에 따라 토지ㆍ관광시설 또는 지원시설을 매수ㆍ임차하거나 그 경영을 수탁한 자는 그 토지나 관광시설 또는 지원시설에 관한 권리ㆍ의무를 승계한다.
