Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 258-2 (Inspection Equipment for Consigned Goods)

① 법 제254조의2제6항 단서에 따라 세관장이 탁송품 운송업자가 운영하는 보세창고 또는 시설(이하 이 조부터 제258조의4까지에서 "자체시설"이라 한다)에서 탁송품을 통관하는 경우 탁송품 운송업자가 갖추어야 할 검사설비는 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2015.2.6>

② 제1항에 따른 검사설비의 세부기준은 관세청장이 고시로 정한다.
