관세법 시행령 제264조의3(조사결과 통지 및 공표)

① 관세청장은 법 제266조제5항에 따라 조사결과를 공개하기 전에 조사대상자에게 조사결과를 통지하여 소명자료를 제출하거나 의견을 진술할 수 있는 기회를 부여해야 한다.

② 관세청장은 공정거래위원회와 함께 서면실태조사의 결과 및 제1항에 따른 조사대상자의 소명자료ㆍ의견을 검토한 후에 소비자 피해 예방을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 관세청과 공정거래위원회의 홈페이지에 게시하는 방법으로 공표할 수 있다.
