관세법 제193조(반입물품의 장치 제한)

세관장은 보세건설장에 반입된 외국물품에 대하여 필요하다고 인정될 때에는 보세건설장 안에서 그 물품을 장치할 장소를 제한하거나 그 사용상황에 관하여 운영인으로 하여금 보고하게 할 수 있다.
