관세법 제233조의2(한국원산지정보원의 설립)

Customs Act, Article 233-2 (Establishment of the Korea Origin Information Institute)

① 정부는 이 법과 「자유무역협정의 이행을 위한 관세법의 특례에 관한 법률」 및 조약ㆍ협정 등에 따라 수출입물품의 원산지정보 수집ㆍ분석과 활용 및 검증 지원 등에 필요한 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 한국원산지정보원(이하 "원산지정보원"이라 한다)을 설립한다. <개정 2023.12.31>

③ 정부는 원산지정보원의 운영 및 사업수행에 필요한 경비를 예산의 범위에서 출연하거나 보조할 수 있다. <개정 2023.12.31>
