관세법 제247조(검사 장소)

① 제186조제1항 또는 제246조에 따른 검사는 제155조제1항에 따라 장치할 수 있는 장소에서 한다. 다만, 수출하려는 물품은 해당 물품이 장치되어 있는 장소에서 검사한다.

② 제1항에도 불구하고 세관장은 효율적인 검사를 위하여 부득이하다고 인정될 때에는 관세청장이 정하는 바에 따라 해당 물품을 보세구역에 반입하게 한 후 검사할 수 있다.
