관세법 제294조(출석 요구)

① 세관공무원이 관세범 조사에 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 피의자ㆍ증인 또는 참고인의 출석을 요구할 수 있다.

② 세관공무원이 관세범 조사에 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 지정한 장소에 피의자ㆍ증인 또는 참고인의 출석이나 동행을 명할 수 있다.

③ 피의자ㆍ증인 또는 참고인에게 출석 요구를 할 때에는 출석요구서를 발급하여야 한다.
