관세법 제316조(통고의 불이행과 고발)

관세범인이 통고서의 송달을 받았을 때에는 그 날부터 15일 이내에 이를 이행하여야 하며, 이 기간 내에 이행하지 아니하였을 때에는 관세청장이나 세관장은 즉시 고발하여야 한다. 다만, 15일이 지난 후 고발이 되기 전에 관세범인이 통고처분을 이행한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2013.1.1>
