Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Improvement of Teachers' Status and the Protection of Their Educational Activities, Article 14 (Dismissal of Members of Si/Do Teachers' Rights Protection Committee)

교육감은 시ㆍ도교권보호위원회의 위촉위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 해촉(解囑)할 수 있다.
