교원의 지위 향상 및 교육활동 보호를 위한 특별법 시행령 제15조의2(소위원회의 구성 및 운영 등)

① 지역교권보호위원회의 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 필요하면 지역교권보호위원회에 소위원회를 둘 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 소위원회(이하 "소위원회"라 한다)의 위원은 지역교권보호위원의 위원의 일부로 구성한다.

③ 소위원회는 지역교권보호위원회가 위임한 사항을 심의ㆍ처리한다.

(3) The^ð더 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 deliberate딜리버^r럿 and앤드 handle핸들 matters매터즈 delegated델러게이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Regional^r리저늘 Teachers'티처즈 Rights^r라잇츠 Protection프^r러텍션 Committee.커미티

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 소위원회의 설치ㆍ운영에 필요한 사항은 관할청이 정하는 기준에 따라 교육장이 정한다.
