Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Improvement of Teachers' Status and the Protection of Their Educational Activities, Article 23 (Requirements for Designation of Educational Activity Protection Center)

1. 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기관 또는 단체일 것

1. It잇 shall섈 be비 an앤 institution인스티투션 or오 organization오거너제이션 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 items:아이텀즈

가. 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 공공기관

(a)어 A어 public퍼블릭 institution인스티투션 under언더 Article아터클 4 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 on안 the^ð더 Management매너지먼트 of어^v브 Public퍼블릭 Institutions;인스티투션즈

나. 「보건의료기본법」 제3조제4호에 따른 보건의료기관

다. 국가 또는 지방자치단체(교육청을 포함한다)가 설립한 기관

라. 그 밖에 심리 상담 또는 법률 자문 업무를 수행하는 기관 또는 단체

2. 피해 교원을 위한 심리 상담 또는 법률 자문 프로그램이 마련되어 있을 것
