Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Improvement of Teachers' Status and the Protection of Their Educational Activities, Article 24 (Scope of Confidential Information)
법 제30조제2항에 따른 비밀의 범위는 다음 각 호와 같다.
The scope of confidential information under Article 30 (2) of the Act shall be as follows:
1. 침해학생과 그 가족, 피해교원과 그 가족의 성명ㆍ주민등록번호 및 주소 등 개인정보에 관한 사항
1. Matters concerning personal information, such as the names, resident registration numbers, and addresses of an infringing student and his or her family, and an injured teacher and his or her family;
2. 다음 각 목의 사항에 대한 심의ㆍ의결과 관련된 개인별 발언 내용
2. Content of individual statements related to deliberation and resolution on the following items:
가. 법 제18조제1항제2호에 따른 시ㆍ도교권보호위원회의 분쟁 조정
(a) Dispute mediation by the Si/Do Teachers' Rights Protection Committee under Article 18 (1) 2 of the Act;
나. 법 제18조제2항제2호부터 제4호까지에 따른 지역교권보호위원회의 조치 및 분쟁 조정
(b) Measures and dispute mediation by the Regional Teachers' Rights Protection Committee under Article 18 (2) 2 through 4 of the Act;
3. 그 밖에 외부로 누설될 경우 분쟁당사자 간에 논란을 일으킬 우려가 있음이 명백한 사항
3. Other matters that would clearly be likely to cause controversy between the parties to a dispute if leaked to outside parties.
