교원의 지위 향상 및 교육활동 보호를 위한 특별법 제31조(교원의 근무환경 실태조사)

① 관할청은 「도서ㆍ벽지 교육진흥법」 제2조에 따른 도서ㆍ벽지에서 근무하는 교원의 근무환경 실태를 파악하기 위하여 3년마다 실태조사를 실시하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 실태조사의 내용, 방법 및 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
