국가공무원법 제85조의2(수수료)

① 제28조에 따라 공무원 신규 채용시험에 응시하려는 사람은 대통령령등으로 정하는 바에 따라 수수료를 내야 한다. 이 경우 수수료 금액은 실비의 범위에서 정하여야 한다.

② 수수료를 과오납한 경우 등 대통령령등으로 정하는 경우에는 제1항에 따라 납부한 수수료를 반환받을 수 있다.

③ 시험실시기관의 장은 제1항에도 불구하고 「국민기초생활 보장법」에 따른 수급자 등 대통령령등으로 정하는 사람에 대하여는 수수료를 감면할 수 있다.
