국가배상법 시행령 제8조(지구심의회의 설치와 관할)

①본부심의회 소속 지구심의회는 광역공소청 소재지에는 광역공소청에, 그 외의 지역에는 지방공소청에 두되, 그 관할구역은 각 지구심의회가 소속되는 광역공소청 또는 지방공소청 소재지 지방법원의 관할구역(동 지방법원 지원의 관할구역을 포함한다)으로 하고, 그 명칭은 별표8과 같다. <개정 1998.2.19, 2026.9.29>

②특별심의회 소속 지구심의회는 각 군부대에 두되, 그 명칭 및 관할구역은 별표9와 같다.

(2) District디스트^r릭트 councils카운슬즈 under언더 the^ð더 Special스페실 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 in인 military밀러테^r리 units,유넛츠 and앤드 their^ð데어 names네임즈 and앤드 jurisdictions주^r리스딕션즈 shall섈 be비 as애즈 shown숀 in인 attached어태치트 Table테이블 9.

③제2항의 지구심의회는 가해자인 군인(군무원을 포함한다. 이하같다)이 당해 군 소속인 경우에 한하여 관할한다. 다만, 제9해병여단 지구심의회는 가해자인 군인이 당해군 소속이 아닌 경우에도 이를 관할한다. <개정 1987.10.24, 2016.11.15>

④가해자인 군무원이 육군ㆍ해군 및 공군소속이 아닌 경우에는 육군의 부대에 두는 지구심의회에서 이를 관할한다. <신설 1989.7.26>
