국가인권위원회법 시행령 제21조(협의회의 운영)

①협의회는 의장이 필요하다고 인정하는 때에 소집한다.

②협의회에 출석하는 위원과 협의회에 참석하여 발언하는 관계전문가 등에 대하여는 예산의 범위 안에서 수당과 여비 그 밖에 필요한 경비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원이 그 소관업무와 직접 관련되어 참석하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

③ 협의회에는 각 업무별 전문성 및 특수성을 고려하여 인권정책, 인권교육 등 분야별 협의회를 둘 수 있다. <신설 2026.8.18>
