국가인권위원회법 시행령 제7조(진정함의 설치ㆍ운용)

①구금ㆍ보호시설의 장은 구금ㆍ보호시설안의 적절한 장소에 진정함을 설치하고, 용지ㆍ필기도구 및 봉함용 봉투를 비치하여야 한다.

②구금ㆍ보호시설의 장 또는 관리인은 제1항의 규정에 의하여 진정함을 설치한 때에는 위원회에 진정함이 설치된 장소를 통보하여야 한다.

③구금ㆍ보호시설의 장 또는 관리인은 시설수용자가 직접 진정서를 봉투에 넣고 이를 봉함한 후 진정함에 넣을 수 있도록 하여야 한다.

(3) The^ð더 head헤드 or오 manager매너저 of어^v브 the^ð더 detention디텐션 or오 protective프^r러텍티^v브 facility^f퍼실리티 shall섈 ensure엔슈어 that^ð댓 facility^f퍼실리티 inmates인메잇츠 can캔 themselves^ð뎀셀^v브즈 put풋 their^ð데어 petitions퍼티션즈 into인투 envelopes,엔^v벌로우프스 seal실 them,^ð뎀 and앤드 place플레이스 them^ð뎀 in인 the^ð더 petition퍼티션 box.박스

④구금ㆍ보호시설에 소속된 공무원 또는 직원은 매일 지정된 시간에 시설수용자가 위원회에 제출할 목적으로 작성한 진정서 또는 서면이 진정함에 들어 있는지 여부를 확인하여야 하며, 진정함에 진정서 또는 서면이 들어 있는 때에는 지체없이 이를 위원회에 송부하여야 한다.

(4) A어 public퍼블릭 official어^f피실 or오 employee엠플로이이 belonging빌롱잉 to투 the^ð더 detention디텐션 or오 protective프^r러텍티^v브 facility^f퍼실리티 shall,섈 at앳 a어 designated데지그네이티드 time타임 each이치 day,데이 check첵 whether웨^ð더 the^ð더 petition퍼티션 box박스 contains컨테인즈 petitions퍼티션즈 or오 documents다큐먼츠 that^ð댓 facility^f퍼실리티 inmates인메잇츠 have해^v브 prepared프^r리페어드 for^f포 submission서브미션 to투 the^ð더 Commission,커미션 and앤드 where웨어 the^ð더 petition퍼티션 box박스 contains컨테인즈 any,에니 shall섈 forward^f포워드 them^ð뎀 to투 the^ð더 Commission커미션 without위^ð다웃 delay.딜레이

⑤ 제1항에 따른 봉함용 봉투의 양식은 위원회 규칙으로 정한다. <개정 2026.8.18>
