국민건강보험법 시행령 제25조(건강검진)

① 법 제52조에 따른 건강검진(이하 "건강검진"이라 한다)은 2년마다 1회 이상 실시하되, 사무직에 종사하지 않는 직장가입자에 대해서는 1년에 1회 실시한다. 다만, 암검진은 「암관리법 시행령」에서 정한 바에 따르며, 영유아건강검진은 영유아의 나이 등을 고려하여 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시하는 바에 따라 검진주기와 검진횟수를 다르게 할 수 있다.

② 건강검진은 「건강검진기본법」 제14조에 따라 지정된 건강검진기관(이하 "검진기관"이라 한다)에서 실시해야 한다.

(2) Health헬^θ스 checkups체컵스 shall섈 be비 conducted컨덕티드 at앳 health헬^θ스 checkup체컵 institutions인스티투션즈 designated데지그네이티드 under언더 Article아터클 14 of어^v브 the^ð더 Framework^f프^r레임워크 Act액트 on안 Health헬^θ스 Examinations이그재머네이션즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "checkup체컵 institutions").인스티투션즈

③ 공단은 건강검진을 실시하려면 건강검진의 실시에 관한 사항을 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 통보해야 한다.

(3) To투 conduct칸덕트 health헬^θ스 checkups,체컵스 the^ð더 Service서^v비스 shall섈 give기^v브 notice노우티스 of어^v브 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 conduct칸덕트 of어^v브 health헬^θ스 checkups체컵스 according어코딩 to투 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 categories:캐터고^r리즈

④ 건강검진을 실시한 검진기관은 공단에 건강검진의 결과를 통보해야 하며, 공단은 이를 건강검진을 받은 사람에게 통보해야 한다. 다만, 검진기관이 건강검진을 받은 사람에게 직접 통보한 경우에는 공단은 그 통보를 생략할 수 있다.

(4) A어 checkup체컵 institution인스티투션 that^ð댓 has해즈 conducted컨덕티드 a어 health헬^θ스 checkup체컵 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 Service서^v비스 of어^v브 the^ð더 results,^r리절츠 and앤드 the^ð더 Service서^v비스 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 person퍼슨 who후 received^r러시^v브드 the^ð더 checkup체컵 of어^v브 the^ð더 results.^r리절츠 However,하우에^v버 where웨어 the^ð더 checkup체컵 institution인스티투션 has해즈 notified노우터^f파이드 the^ð더 person퍼슨 directly,더^r렉틀리 the^ð더 Service서^v비스 may메이 omit오밋 the^ð더 notice.노우티스

⑤ 건강검진의 검사항목, 방법, 그에 드는 비용, 건강검진 결과 등의 통보 절차, 그 밖에 건강검진을 실시하는 데 필요한 사항은 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
