국민건강보험법 시행령 제40조(공무원의 전출 시의 보수월액보험료 납부)

공무원인 직장가입자가 다른 기관으로 전출된 경우 전출된 날이 속하는 달의 보수월액보험료는 전출 전 기관의 장이 전출된 공무원에게 지급할 보수에서 이를 공제하여 납부한다. 다만, 전출한 기관의 장이 전출한 날이 속하는 달의 보수를 지급하지 아니한 경우에는 전입받은 기관의 장이 보수에서 공제하여 납부한다.
