국민건강보험법 시행령 제49조(보험료정보공개심의위원회의 구성 및 운영)

① 위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 11명의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 보험료정보공개심의위원회의 위원장은 공단의 임원 중 해당 업무를 담당하는 상임이사가 되고, 위원은 공단의 이사장이 임명하거나 위촉하는 다음 각 호의 사람으로 한다.

③ 제2항제4호에 따른 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

④ 보험료정보공개심의위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 보험료정보공개심의위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 공단이 정한다.
