Enforcement Decree of the National Health Insurance Act, Article 51 (Order of Appropriation of Overpaid or Erroneously Paid Amounts)

① 공단은 법 제86조제1항에 따라 같은 항에 따른 과오납금(이하 "과오납금"이라 한다)을 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 각 목의 순서대로 충당해야 한다. <개정 2016.9.22, 2020.6.2>
