국민건강보험법 시행령 제78조(업무의 위탁)

공단은 법 제112조제1항에 따라 같은 항 각 호의 업무를 체신관서, 금융기관 또는 그 밖의 자에게 위탁하려면 위탁받을 기관의 선정 및 위탁계약의 내용에 관하여 공단 이사회의 의결을 거쳐야 한다.
