National Health Insurance Act, Article 112 (Entrustment of Duties)

① 공단은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 다음 각 호의 업무를 체신관서, 금융기관 또는 그 밖의 자에게 위탁할 수 있다.

1. 보험료의 수납 또는 보험료납부의 확인에 관한 업무

2. 보험급여비용의 지급에 관한 업무

② 공단은 그 업무의 일부를 국가기관, 지방자치단체 또는 다른 법령에 따른 사회보험 업무를 수행하는 법인이나 그 밖의 자에게 위탁할 수 있다. 다만, 보험료와 징수위탁보험료등의 징수 업무는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2016.2.3>

③ 제2항에 따라 공단이 위탁할 수 있는 업무 및 위탁받을 수 있는 자의 범위는 보건복지부령으로 정한다.
