국민건강보험법 제94조(신고 등)

① 공단은 사용자, 직장가입자 및 세대주에게 다음 각 호의 사항을 신고하게 하거나 관계 서류(전자적 방법으로 기록된 것을 포함한다. 이하 같다)를 제출하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.5.22>

② 공단은 제1항에 따라 신고한 사항이나 제출받은 자료에 대하여 사실 여부를 확인할 필요가 있으면 소속 직원이 해당 사항에 관하여 조사하게 할 수 있다.

③ 제2항에 따라 조사를 하는 소속 직원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 관계인에게 보여주어야 한다.
