Enforcement Decree of the National Basic Living Security Act, Article 21-5 (Board of Directors of the Development Institute)

① 자활복지개발원에 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 이사회를 둔다.

② 이사회는 원장을 포함한 이사로 구성한다.

③ 이사장은 원장을 제외한 이사 중에서 호선(互選)한다.
