Enforcement Decree of the National Basic Living Security Act, Article 4 (Scope of Foreigners Who Qualify as Eligible Persons)

법 제5조의2에 따라 수급권자가 될 수 있는 외국인은 「출입국관리법」 제31조에 따라 외국인 등록을 한 사람으로서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람으로 한다.
