국민연금법 시행령 제109조의3(자료의 요청)

① 법 제123조제1항 전단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기관ㆍ법인ㆍ단체"란 별표 2의2 제1호에 따른 기관ㆍ법인ㆍ단체를 말한다.

⑤ 법 제123조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 자료의 제공을 요청받은 기관ㆍ법인ㆍ단체는 제2항 및 제4항에 따른 자료가 디스켓, 자기테이프, 마이크로필름, 광디스크 등 전산기록장치 또는 전산프로그램을 이용하여 저장되어 있는 경우에는 해당 형태로 자료를 제공할 수 있다.
