국민연금법 시행령 제21조(연금보험료 체납에 따른 자격 상실)

법 제12조제3항제5호, 법 제13조제3항제4호에 따라 임의가입자와 임의계속가입자가 그 자격을 상실하게 되는 연금보험료의 체납기간은 6개월로 한다. 다만, 천재지변이나 그 밖에 부득이한 사유로 기간 내에 연금보험료를 낼 수 없었음을 증명하면 그렇지 않다. <개정 2024.1.23>
