Enforcement Decree of the National Pension Act, Article 24-3 (Method of Calculating Military Service Periods Included in Insured Periods)

법 제18조제1항에 따라 가입기간에 추가로 산입하는 군 복무기간은 「병역법」에 따른 병역의무를 수행한 기간(이하 이 조에서 "병역의무 수행기간"이라 한다)으로 하며, 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 기간을 가입기간에 추가로 산입한다.
