국민연금법 시행령 제37조(기본연금액 산정 관련 적용 기간)

법 제51조제1항제1호에 따라 산정한 금액 및 제36조에 따른 재평가율은 해당 연도 1월부터 12월까지의 기간 동안에 지급이 시작되는 급여를 지급받을 권리를 가지는 자에게 적용한다. <개정 2019.1.22>
