국민연금법 시행령 제56조의3(소급분 연금보험료 분할 납부)

① 법 제88조제5항에 따라 추가 납부하여야 하는 연금보험료(이하 "소급분 연금보험료"라 한다)가 당월분 연금보험료 이상일 경우 가입자 또는 사용자는 소급분 연금보험료의 분할 납부를 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2016.11.29>

② 제1항에 따라 소급분 연금보험료를 분할 납부하려는 가입자 및 사용자는 소급분 연금보험료 납부기한 3일 전까지 보건복지부령에 따른 신청서를 공단에 제출하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따라 소급분 연금보험료 분할 납부를 신청한 가입자 또는 사용자는 10회 이내에서 소급분 연금보험료를 똑같이 나누어 월별로 낼 수 있다. <개정 2016.11.29>

④ 제3항에 따라 분할하여 납부하는 소급분 연금보험료는 각 회차별 고지월의 다음 달 10일까지 내야 한다. 다만, 1회차 소급분 연금보험료는 제2항에 따른 소급분 연금보험료 납부기한까지 내야 한다.
