국민연금법 시행령 제68조(매각 대행의 해제 요구)

① 한국자산관리공사는 매각 대행을 의뢰받은 날부터 2년이 지날 때까지 매각되지 아니한 재산이 있으면 건강보험공단에 그 재산에 대한 매각 대행 의뢰의 해제를 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2010.8.17>

② 건강보험공단은 제1항에 따라 해제 요구를 받은 경우 특별한 사정이 없으면 요구에 따라야 한다. <개정 2010.8.17>
