국민연금법 시행령 제69조(압류 해제의 통지)

① 건강보험공단은 한국자산관리공사에 압류 재산의 매각을 대행하도록 한 후 매각 기일 전에 그 재산의 압류를 해제하는 경우에는 지체 없이 그 사실을 한국자산관리공사에 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2010.8.17>

② 제1항에 따라 통지를 받은 한국자산관리공사는 지체 없이 그 재산의 매각을 중지하고 그 사실을 건강보험공단에 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2010.8.17>
