국민연금법 시행령 제70조의6(우편송달)

공단 및 건강보험공단이 법 제96조 단서에 따라 법 제57조의2, 제88조의2 및 제95조에 따른 서류를 우편으로 송달할 때에는 「국세기본법」 제10조제2항 본문에도 불구하고 일반우편으로 송달할 수 있다.
