국민연금법 시행령 제72조(연금보험료 등의 회계기관)

①건강보험공단의 이사장은 법 제88조제2항 및 제97조에 따른 연금보험료 및 연체금의 징수 업무를 담당하게 하기 위하여 건강보험공단의 상임이사 중에서 연금보험료 세입징수관을 임명할 수 있고, 건강보험공단의 직원 중에서 분임연금보험료 세입징수관을 임명할 수 있다. <개정 2010.8.17>

② 공단의 이사장은 제1항에 따른 징수금 외의 법에 따른 징수금에 대한 징수 등의 업무를 담당하게 하기 위하여 공단의 상임이사 중에서 반납추납보험료등세입징수관을 임명할 수 있고, 공단의 직원 중에서 분임반납추납보험료등세입징수관을 임명할 수 있다. <신설 2010.8.17, 2015.6.30>
