국민연금법 시행령 제73조의4(지역가입자에 대한 연금보험료의 지원을 위한 재산 및 소득 기준)

① 법 제100조의4제1항제2호에 따른 재산은 「지방세법」 제105조에 따른 토지, 건축물, 주택, 항공기 및 선박으로 한다.

② 법 제100조의4제1항제2호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기준"이란 물가상승률, 경제성장률 등 국내외 경제상황, 국민의 재산ㆍ소득 분포 현황, 가입자의 종합소득 분포 현황 및 다른 법령과의 관계 등을 고려하여 보건복지부장관이 고시하는 기준을 말한다.

③ 법 제100조의4제1항제3호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 금액"이란 제6조제2항 및 제7조제2항에 따른 지역가입자의 기준소득월액 현황, 지역가입자의 소득 분포 현황 및 다른 법령과의 관계 등을 고려하여 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시하는 금액을 말한다. <신설 2025.6.25>
