국민연금법 시행령 제76조의3(추가 출연)

① 건강보험공단은 제76조의2제3항에 따른 출연금이 연금보험료 등의 징수에 드는 비용보다 부족한 경우에는 보건복지부장관에게 추가 출연을 요청할 수 있다.
