국민연금법 시행령 제80조의4(전문위원회의 운영)

① 전문위원회의 위원장은 전문위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

② 전문위원회의 위원장은 매달 전문위원회의 회의를 소집한다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 an앤 Expert엑스펏 Committee커미티 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 a어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð디 Expert엑스펏 Committee커미티 every에^v버^r리 month.먼^θ스

③ 전문위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 an앤 Expert엑스펏 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 registered^r레지스터드 members,멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 by바이 the^ð디 affirmative어^f퍼머티^v브 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 전문위원회의 위원장은 전문위원회의 검토ㆍ심의 결과를 실무평가위원회와 운용위원회에 보고해야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 an앤 Expert엑스펏 Committee커미티 shall섈 report^r리포트 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 of어^v브 the^ð디 Expert엑스펏 Committee's커미티즈 review^r리^v뷰 and앤드 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 to투 the^ð더 Practical프^r랙터클 Evaluation이^v밸류에이션 Committee커미티 and앤드 the^ð더 Management매너지먼트 Committee.커미티

⑤ 전문위원회의 회의에 출석한 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 보수, 수당 및 여비 등을 지급할 수 있다.

(5) Remuneration,^r리뮤너^r레이션 allowances,얼라원시즈 travel트^r래^v블 expenses,익스펜시즈 and앤드 other어^ð더 payments페이먼츠 may메이 be비 made,메이드 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 limits리멋츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 budget,버짓 to투 members멤버즈 who후 attend어텐드 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 an앤 Expert엑스펏 Committee.커미티

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 전문위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 운용위원회의 의결을 거쳐 운용위원회의 위원장이 정한다.
