Enforcement Decree of the National Pension Act, Article 88 (Form of Requests for Review)

① 법 제108조에 따른 심사청구는 다음의 사항을 적은 문서(「전자정부법」 제2조제7호에 따른 전자문서를 포함한다)로 하되, 청구인이 기명날인(전자서명을 포함한다)하여야 한다. <개정 2010.8.17, 2011.12.8>
