국민연금법 제107조(기금 운용계획 등)

① 보건복지부장관은 매년 기금 운용계획을 세워서 운용위원회 및 국무회의의 심의를 거쳐 대통령의 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>

② 정부는 제1항에 따른 기금 운용계획을 전년도 10월 말까지 국회에 보고하여야 한다.

③ 보건복지부장관은 기금의 운용 내용을, 재정경제부장관은 관리기금에 예탁된 기금의 사용 내용을 각각 다음 연도 6월 말까지 운용위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2025.10.1>

④ 운용위원회의 위원장은 제3항에 따른 기금의 운용 내용과 사용 내용을 운용위원회의 심의를 거쳐 국회에 제출하고 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공시하여야 한다.
