국민투표법 제47조(개표록의 작성 등)

① 구ㆍ시ㆍ군선거관리위원회는 개표가 끝난 때에는 개표결과를 즉시 공표하고 개표록을 작성하여 시ㆍ도선거관리위원회에 송부하여야 한다.

② 시ㆍ도선거관리위원회가 제1항의 개표록을 송부받은 때에는 투표인수, 투표수, 찬성 또는 반대별 투표수, 무효투표수를 집계ㆍ공표하고 집계록을 작성하여 중앙선거관리위원회에 송부하여야 한다.

③ 중앙선거관리위원회가 제2항의 집계록을 송부받은 때에는 투표인수, 투표수, 찬성 또는 반대별 투표수, 무효투표수를 집계하고 국민투표록을 작성하여야 한다.

④ 개표록ㆍ집계록 및 국민투표록에는 위원장과 출석한 위원 전원이 기명하고 서명 또는 날인하여야 한다. 다만, 정당한 사유 없이 서명 또는 날인을 거부하는 위원이 있는 때에는 그 권한을 포기한 것으로 보고, 개표록ㆍ집계록 및 국민투표록에 그 사유를 기재한다.

⑤ 개표록ㆍ집계록 및 국민투표록의 서식, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 중앙선거관리위원회규칙으로 정한다.
