국민투표법 제97조(군인에 의한 국민투표자유방해죄)

군인(군수사기관소속 군무원을 포함한다)이 제96조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 규정된 행위를 하거나, 투표운동을 하기 위하여 그 영향 아래 있는 군인 또는 군무원의 투표권 행사를 폭행ㆍ협박 또는 그 밖의 방법으로 방해하거나 하게 한 때에는 1년 이상 10년 이하의 징역과 5년 이하의 자격정지에 처한다.
