세무서장은 체신관서에 계좌이체입금요구서 또는 현금지급요구서를 송부하는 경우에는 한국은행을 거쳐야 한다. 이 경우 한국은행은 체신관서가 국세환급금을 납세자에게 지급할 수 있도록 환급에 필요한 금액을 체신관서에 지급하여야 한다.
