국세징수법 시행령 제43조(그 밖의 재산권의 압류 등기 또는 등록)

Enforcement Decree of the National Tax Collection Act, Article 43 (Registration of Seizure of Other Property Rights)

관할 세무서장은 법 제55조제1항에 따라 채권과 소유권을 제외한 그 밖의 재산권(이하 "그 밖의 재산권"이라 한다)의 압류 등기 또는 등록과 그 변경 등기 또는 등록을 촉탁하는 경우 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 문서에 압류조서를 첨부하여 제출해야 한다.
