국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률 제101조(비용 부담의 원칙)

광역도시계획 및 도시ㆍ군계획의 수립과 도시ㆍ군계획시설사업에 관한 비용은 이 법 또는 다른 법률에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우 외에는 국가가 하는 경우에는 국가예산에서, 지방자치단체가 하는 경우에는 해당 지방자치단체가, 행정청이 아닌 자가 하는 경우에는 그 자가 부담함을 원칙으로 한다. <개정 2011.4.14>
