National Assembly Act, Article 102 (Prohibition of Speeches Outside the Item of Business)
의제와 관계없거나 허가받은 발언의 성질과 다른 발언을 하여서는 아니 된다.
No one shall make a speech that is unrelated to the item of business or that differs in nature from the speech permitted.
