국회법 제122조의2(정부에 대한 질문)

① 본회의는 회기 중 기간을 정하여 국정 전반 또는 국정의 특정 분야를 대상으로 정부에 대하여 질문(이하 "대정부질문"이라 한다)을 할 수 있다.

② 대정부질문은 일문일답의 방식으로 하되, 의원의 질문시간은 20분을 초과할 수 없다. 이 경우 질문시간에 답변시간은 포함되지 아니한다.

(2) Questions퀘스천즈 to투 the^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 shall섈 be비 put풋 in인 a어 one-question,원-퀘스천 one-answer원-앤서 format,^f포맷 and앤드 a어 member's멤버즈 questioning퀘스처닝 time타임 may메이 not낫 exceed익시드 20 minutes.미닛츠 In인 this^ð디스 case,케이스 the^ð더 time타임 for^f포 answers앤서즈 shall섈 not낫 be비 included인클루디드 in인 the^ð더 questioning퀘스처닝 time.타임

③ 제2항에도 불구하고 시각장애 등 신체장애를 가진 의원이 대정부질문을 하는 경우 의장은 각 교섭단체 대표의원과 협의하여 별도의 추가 질문시간을 허가할 수 있다.

④ 의제별 질문 의원 수는 의장이 각 교섭단체 대표의원과 협의하여 정한다.

(4) The^ð더 number넘버 of어^v브 members멤버즈 who후 put풋 questions퀘스천즈 on안 each이치 topic타픽 shall섈 be비 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð더 Speaker스피커 in인 consultation칸설테이션 with위^ð드 the^ð더 representative^r레프^r러젠터티^v브 member멤버 of어^v브 each이치 negotiating니고우쉬에이팅 group.그^r루프

⑤ 의장은 제4항에 따른 의제별 질문 의원 수를 교섭단체별로 그 소속 의원 수의 비율에 따라 배정한다. 이 경우 교섭단체에 속하지 아니하는 의원의 질문자 수는 의장이 각 교섭단체 대표의원과 협의하여 정한다.

⑥ 의장은 의원의 질문과 정부의 답변이 교대로 균형 있게 유지되도록 하여야 한다.

(6) The^ð더 Speaker스피커 shall섈 ensure엔슈어 that^ð댓 members'멤버즈 questions퀘스천즈 and앤드 the^ð더 Government's거^v버먼츠 answers앤서즈 alternate올터넛 in인 a어 balanced밸런스트 manner.매너

⑦ 대정부질문을 하려는 의원은 미리 질문의 요지를 적은 질문요지서를 구체적으로 작성하여 의장에게 제출하여야 하며, 의장은 늦어도 질문시간 48시간 전까지 질문요지서가 정부에 도달되도록 송부하여야 한다.

⑧ 각 교섭단체 대표의원은 질문 의원과 질문 순서를 질문일 전날까지 의장에게 통지하여야 한다. 이 경우 의장은 각 교섭단체 대표의원의 통지 내용에 따라 질문 순서를 정한 후 본회의 개의 전에 각 교섭단체 대표의원과 정부에 통지하여야 한다.
