국회법 제123조(청원서의 제출)

① 국회에 청원을 하려는 자는 의원의 소개를 받거나 국회규칙으로 정하는 기간 동안 국회규칙으로 정하는 일정한 수 이상의 국민의 동의를 받아 청원서를 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2019.4.16>

② 청원은 청원자의 주소ㆍ성명(법인인 경우에는 그 명칭과 대표자의 성명을 말한다. 이하 같다)을 적고 서명한 문서(「전자정부법」 제2조제7호에 따른 전자문서를 포함한다)로 하여야 한다. <개정 2019.4.16>

③ 제2항에 따라 전자문서로 제출하는 청원은 본인임을 확인할 수 있는 전자적 방법을 통하여 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 서명이 대체된 것으로 본다. <신설 2023.7.11>
