국회법 제142조(의결)

① 윤리특별위원회가 심사보고서를 의장에게 제출하면 의장은 본회의에 부의하여야 한다.

(1) When웬 the^ð더 Special스페실 Committee커미티 on안 Ethics에^θ씩스 submits서브밋츠 its잇츠 examination이그재머네이션 report^r리포트 to투 the^ð더 Speaker,스피커 the^ð더 Speaker스피커 shall섈 submit서브밋 it잇 to투 the^ð더 plenary플레너^r리 session.세션

② 심사대상 의원은 본회의에서 스스로 변명하거나 다른 의원으로 하여금 변명하게 할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 member멤버 under언더 examination이그재머네이션 may메이 defend디^f펜드 himself힘셀^f프 or오 herself허셀^f프 at앳 the^ð더 plenary플레너^r리 session세션 or오 have해^v브 another어너^ð더 member멤버 do두 so.소우

③ 본회의는 심사대상 의원의 자격 유무를 의결로 결정하되, 그 자격이 없는 것으로 의결할 때에는 재적의원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성이 있어야 한다.

④ 제3항의 결정이 있을 때에는 의장은 그 결과를 서면으로 자격심사 청구의원과 심사대상 의원에게 송부한다.
