국회법 제149조의2(중계방송의 허용 등)

① 본회의 또는 위원회의 의결로 공개하지 아니하기로 한 경우를 제외하고는 의장이나 위원장은 회의장 안(본회의장은 방청석으로 한정한다)에서의 녹음ㆍ녹화ㆍ촬영 및 중계방송을 국회규칙에서 정하는 바에 따라 허용할 수 있다.
